I would like to thank you for the opportunity you provided me with to gain insight into what the life of a surgeon looks like.
Thank you for the arrangements made and for the surgeons that made time before, during and after the surgeries to answer questions and explain the procedures that would take place. I was also privileged enough to get a tour of some units of the hospital and gained new respect for the medical staff that work at Baragwanath, despite all the shortages and struggles that they have to face every day.
The surgeons, working with Surgeons for Little Lives have the best interest at heart for their little patients and do what they can to help these little ones.
